5am Core and Upper-body
5am crew assemble! A gym floor based workout to put your mental and physical strength to the test. If you are committed enough to the early morning start, this workout will be a game changer for your core & upper body strength.
Legs & Booty Bootcamp
Get ready to build some serious legs & booty! Working at your own level of strength on an individual station; you will be instructed to push yourself to the limit with the use of a booty-band, bar, hand weights & a step. No two workouts will be the same and your legs and booty will thank you for it!
A high intensity weights based workout focusing on all things upper-body. Working on your back, chest, shoulders & arms, Mr Gainz will be sure to give your upper-body that pump it’s been waiting for.
This session is open to all gainz gang members. It is a highly valuable session to end the week with. Stretching out those well earned gainz and preparing your body for the new week ahead. A must for anybody but especially those trying to improve their flexibility, range of motion or aid muscle recovery.
